Damage or Shortages

If upon receipt of your order, any items are damaged or missing, you must contact us within 2 business days. Please save the damaged items and the original packaging. These must be available in order for us to file a claim with UPS. If these are disposed of prior to settlement of the claim with UPS, we will be unable to reship the replacement product.

Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, All Sales are final. Our liability is limited to the cost or replacement of the goods sold. It is the users responsibility to test for suitability of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
