Monster Makers Ships all orders promptly via UPS. There are no shipments on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up their orders at our warehouse. Local order pickup requires a 24 hour lead time during normal business hours 10am-4:00 PM Monday through Friday by advance arrangement only.

All efforts are made to ship orders the same day they are received. However, this is not always possible due to order volume. Please allow up to two business days to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, so please do not include these days towards your total ship time.
Monster Makers warehouse is centrally located in Cleveland, Ohio from which all orders are processed and shipped. If you live on the West Coast, your ship time is 4 business days in transit after the day the order ships. Please keep in mind that this does not include processing time in our warehouse. If you need to have your shipment by a certain date, please indicate this on your order and allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available, should you need expedited service. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order. You will receive one email from our system when your order is processed and one e-mail with a tracking number and estimated delivery date when it is shipped.

When the order is placed for these items, a shipping cost estimate will be shown on your invoice and you credit will be pre-authorized for the calculated amount. Please be aware that under these circumstances, No credit card charges will be made on the credit card until the actual shipping charges are determined and approved by the customer. Please note also, that shopping cart calculations can show significantly lower than actual shipping cost. If actual shipping charges turn out to be higher than what is shown on the invoice at the time of the order, the customer will be notified. Once approved by the customer, a second charge to cover the shipping difference may be required.
Shipping and Handling Policy Orders from outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are considered international orders and require special handling. Credit cards from any country outside the US, Canada or Puerto Rico are accepted. International overs over $250 require payment via bank wire transfer. After receiving your online order, we will contact you with wire transfer information so that you will be able to complete the transaction. All international orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (www.ups.com)
International Shipping and Canadian Customers We no longer accept direct orders from Canada. All Canadian customers should please see one of our fine Canadian Distributors. Sculpture Supply in Toronto, SIAL in Montreal and COAST FIBER-TEK in the Vancouver area. Please note that all International customers are responsible for all Customs /Duty tax and brokerage fees for orders. Please allow for up to two weeks additional for International orders due to our heavy domestic order volume.
