SHIPPING INFORMATION

There is $25 minimum on all orders prior to shipping, with the exception of e-goods.

During our Halloween season from August 1st - October 31st, every attempt will be made to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Due to high volume some delays may be expected.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS All orders paid by credit card will be subject to review prior to shipping and processing. Your credit card will not automatically be charged when the order is placed. Once your order is placed, your credit card will be in Pre-authorized status until the order is processed. This means that your credit card is checked for available funds to cover the calculated order charge, but not charged until invoicing and processing takes place.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL MULTI-PACKAGE HEAVY WEIGHT ORDERS Large kit orders and orders with multiple heavy weight items require special attention by our shipping department. Shopping Cart Calcululations for these orders are estimates only and must be reviewed by The Monster Makers Staff and authorized by the customer prior to shipping.
