JOHN DODS Here is a guy that inspired a whole generation of effects artists. If you are of age, you will remember him from the great Cinemagic magazine.

DAVID AYRES Another one of my early mentors and a generous guy that works in the industry, Be sure to read his story on his involvement in bringing the original Michael Myers mask to life.

BHSFX This is one you have to see to believe. The only program of it's kind anywhere. A high school special effects program where kids get to live their dreams. If I had this when I was fifteen, I would have gone nuts! It wouldn't surprise me if people moved their families just to try to get their kids in here. Run by my good friend, Jim Byzcinski. SODA FX This is a company located in Denmark (not to be confused with SOTA FX in Hollywood).  SODA is a Danish make-up FX studio run by our friends Thomas Foldberg and Morten Jacobson who have created make-up effects fro more than 90 movies, numerous commercial, stage plays and tv-productions.

Dick is still teaching and has recently brought his mail order course up to date and ready for new students. We highly recommend Dick's course and with Andrew Clement on board you can be assured that the course will continue to grow well into the future.
